At times when you feel lonely, anxious, stressed about a relationship, work, or debts, use these alerts to signal that you need help. You might choose to send an alert to a friend, family, work mate or class mate.
There are red alerts for more serious situations!
Use one of these red alerts if someone is hurting you, or you worry that they might hurt you, and you don’t feel able to say anything. Perhaps you are being bullied, worried about online trolls or grooming, or subject to domestic violence, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, or knife threats.
You can use them if you are hurting yourself too, and you know you need help but you can’t voice it. Perhaps you are self harming, or know someone who is, or addicted to drugs, alcohol or gambling, or you have an eating disorder, or suicidal thoughts.
