A Safety Net For Students
Introducing our alerts app will compliment your formal safeguarding by giving you a finer understanding of student morale. Since it’s easier to ask for help this way, students will ask earlier.
Failsafe Alerts works as:
A simple, safe, low key communication channel for students who want support but can’t voice it.
An earlier-than-normal indication of problems, so you can sort them quickly.
A reassurance for parents that children have a way to communicate, even about topics that are hard to talk about, like grooming, abuse, bullying, over-whelming pressure or suicidal feelings.
Students ask for help by sending a picture alert. Example shown is one of a range of pictures to suit different situations. (The app is available for IOS and Android devices).
Pictures lower the threshold at which a student will seek support.
They can signal a problem before they are ready to talk.
You are alerted to bullying, abuse, grooming and suicidal thoughts and can intervene to keep the student safe much earlier than you can using traditional systems.
It’s a FREE service.
